Mar 10, 2019. #1. Hi all, I have a 2003 td5 which is a truly great car and been pretty much faultless in the 2 years we've owned it. Recently though we have notice it seems to be using excessive amounts of fuel. I personally have noticed any marks or signs of a leak but the I don't drive it all that much the other half does.
